YouthBuild is a community-based pre-apprenticeship program that exists to provide job training and meaningful educational opportunities for at-risk youth — specifically those ages 16 to 24 who have previously dropped out of high school.
We aim to enroll 30–45 participants per cohort, with an 89% graduation rate and a 75% job placement rate in technology industry clusters in the Delta Region Authority Nine-State Region.

2. Application Review
Our team reviews your submission to ensure eligibility and alignment with program requirements. We focus on commitment, interest in digital skills, and readiness to participate fully.
3. Interview & Assessment
Qualified applicants will be invited to a short virtual or in-person session. You’ll learn more about the program structure, expectations, schedule, and available support services.
4. Enrollment & Onboarding
Once selected, you’ll receive an official acceptance notification with next steps. This includes onboarding, program orientation, and access to resources to get you started.
